Welcome to 5to9home ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and PG booking facilities. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

5to9home provides a platform to explore and inquire about paying guest (PG) accommodations near educational institutions like LPU. Our services include:

  • Verified listings with photos
  • Form-based inquiry and booking process
  • Direct UPI (GPay) payment option for booking
  • Assistance in connecting tenants with PG owners or brokers
Currently, users do not need to create an account to book or inquire about a PG. All interactions are handled through inquiry forms and direct communication.

Users can book a PG by filling out a form and making a UPI payment directly to 5to9home.

Once payment is received, our team will confirm availability and connect the user with the respective PG owner or broker.

The initial communication and arrangement are facilitated by 5to9home; further dealings are handled directly between the tenant and the PG owner/broker.

A refund is issued only if the booked PG is unavailable at the time of payment.

If a PG is available and the user chooses not to move in after booking, no refund will be provided unless the user is willing to shift to an alternative PG offered by 5to9home.

There is no cancellation policy once payment is made, except under the availability clause above.

We do not support cancellations for personal reasons once payment is made. However, if you're unable to move into your selected PG, our team may assist you in finding an alternative PG accommodation, subject to availability.

PG Maintenance & Stay Issues: These are the responsibility of the PG owner or broker, not 5to9home. We facilitate the booking and connection but do not manage the property.

Photo Accuracy: All photos are listed by the 5to9home team. We take responsibility for visuals but not for false descriptions given by PG owners or brokers.

If any issue arises due to misrepresentation, 5to9home will try to help resolve the situation, but cannot be held legally accountable for third-party misinformation.

We may communicate with users via:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • SMS
  • Phone Calls

This includes confirmations, follow-ups, offers, or dispute resolution.

Only PG owners and brokers verified by our team can have their listings published.

Listings must be accurate and up-to-date.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove listings that are misleading, expired, or violate our guidelines.

5to9home is a discovery and booking facilitator and is not a property management company.

We are not responsible for service delivery after a user has checked in.

Any disputes between tenant and owner must be resolved mutually or through legal means.

In case of legal disputes:

  • Both parties (tenant and PG provider) can pursue legal action.
  • 5to9home will comply with requests from authorities but cannot be held liable for actions or promises made by third-party owners or brokers.

5to9home is not liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Misconduct by PG owners, brokers, or tenants
  • Health or safety issues on the premises
  • Any payments or contracts made outside our platform
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website. Continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
